Leisure Acres, Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The East Peoria Housing Authority (EPHA) is accepting Near Elderly Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Leisure Acres Apartments every second Wednesday of each month from January 11, 2023 between 10:00 am from 12:00 pm CT, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete an application in person at the EPHA office located at 139 Cole St. East Peoria IL 61611, from 10:00 am, until 12:00 pm.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
