Churchview Apartments and West Ridge Apartments, 1-Bedroom, USDA Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority (EIRHA) is accepting United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) waiting list applications for 1-bedroom applications for Churchview Apartments and West Ridge Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 16, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Churchview Apartments - located at 502 Williams St, Grand Mound, Iowa.
• West Ridge Apartments - located at 317 2nd Avenue SW, Worthington, Iowa.

Please note: "Individuals 62 years of age or older, OR handicap/disabled, regardless of age; AND income eligible."

To apply while the waitlist is open, call 1-800-942-4648 or 563-556-4166, ext. 231 to request an application.

It is not yet known how to submit the paper application after it is completed.

This waiting list may have the following preferences: Live or work Locally; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for at least the last three years; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for less than three years; Disabled.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
