Fischer IV Residences, 2 and 3-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Fischer IV Residences is closed.

The HANO last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 27, 2023, until March 31, 2023 or until 2,000 applications were accepted. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to HANO, this waiting list was for the "Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher and Market program".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 2 Person $37,680 | 5 Persons $50,820
• 3 Persons $42,360 | 6 Persons $54,800
• 4 Persons $47,040 | 7 Persons $58,380

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
