Multiple Properties Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at multiple properties from the earliest confirmed date of November, 2021, until the latest confirmed date of November 9, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• 3501 St. Claude Ave.
• Capdau Home for the Aged Elderly Only
• Flint Goodridge 
• G.O. Mondy School
• Holy Angels
• King Rampart
• Lafitte Senior Elderly
• Lake Forest Manor Elderly
• On Iberville Phase IV 
• Redemptorist
• River Gardens
• St. Ann 2017 
• Wisdom Manor

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
