Cypress Pinchback Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority (EBRPHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Cypress Pinchback Apartments from June 20, 2022, until February 4, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Please note: According to the EBRPHA, "all occupants must be 62 years of age or older.  If your application contains household members younger than 62, the application will automatically be rejected."

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Current residents of Turner Plaza or Sharlo Terrace.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
