Trail Estates Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Yuma (HACY) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Trail Estates from the earliest confirmed open date of April 30, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: "This program is a Section 8 project based program providing a voucher purposely for families with mental illness needs requiring referrals from Cenpatico Housing Administrator."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
