Hamilton Grove Apartments, Multifamily Project-Based Rental Assistance Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Newton Housing Authority (NHA) is accepting Multifamily Senior and Disabled Project-Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications for Hamilton Grove Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October 3, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: "You must be 62 years old or Handicapped for this Multifamily Federal Program."

There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Pick up an application at the NHA office located at 82 Lincoln Street, Newton Highlands, MA 02461, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Monday-Friday.
3. Call 617-552-5501 to request an application by mail.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the NHA office, located at the address above, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. Monday-Friday.
2. Dropped off at the NHA drop box, located at the address above.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Newton Residents
• Veterans

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
