Granite Mountain Senior Waiting List

The Metropolitan Housing Alliance (MHA) Senior waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Granite Mountain is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Working at least 20 hours per week
• Homeless
• Displaced due to a natural disaster
• Elderly (62+) or disabled
• working and have you been working for the past 60 days

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
