Cumberland Manor, Madison Heights III and Metropolitan Village Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Metropolitan Housing Alliance (MHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Cumberland Manor, Madison Heights III and Metropolitan Village is currently closed. It is not yet confirmed when this waiting list was last open.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Working at least 20 hours per week
• Homeless
• Displaced due to a natural disaster
• Elderly (62+) or disabled
• working and have you been working for the past 60 days

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
