City View Senior Towers, Village of University Meadows, Village of Woodbridge Manor, Woodbridge Senior Apartments, and Rivertown Assisted Living Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Detroit Housing Commission (DHC) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at City View Senior Towers, Village of University Meadows, Village of Woodbridge Manor, Woodbridge Senior Apartments, and Rivertown Assisted Living is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2021 until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is for applicants who are age 62 and over.

• City View Senior Towers Apartment, is located at 4690 St Antoine, Detroit, MI 48201, and has 1-Bedroom units.
• Village of University Meadows Apartment, is located at 4500 Trumbull, Detroit, MI 48208, and has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
• Village of Woodbridge Manor, is located at 1300 Manor Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Detroit MI 48201, and has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
• Woodbridge Senior Apartments, is located 1200 Martin Luther King Blvd, Detroit, MI 48201, and has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
• Rivertown Assisted Living, is located at 250 McDougall, Detroit MI 48207, and has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call the property you are interested in for more information or an appointment, List of properties can be found here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the Detroit Housing Commission, Post Office Box 7549, Detroit MI 48207
2. Emailed to [email protected] (Subject Line: Project Based Voucher Application)

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
