The Ann Arbor Housing Commission (AAHC) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio, 1, and 2-Bedroom apartments at Lurie Terrace and 1, and 2-Bedromm apartments at Courthouse Square is currently open.

The AAHC is accepting applications for this waiting list from March 14, 2022 at 9:00 am ET, until further notice.

Please note: According to the AAHC, "Applicants must be age 62 or older to live at these properties."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
