Rivers Edge Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Rivers Edge is currently open on a limited basis. Applications are being accepted from June 1, 2021  until further notice.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for rental assistance at Rivers Edge if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low-income limit for your family size, you meet program requirements and at least one of the following Supportive Housing Categories:

• Special Needs
• Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population"

There are two ways to apply during the opening period, call Community Care Services at (313) 389-7583, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
