Hickory Way II Supportive Housing Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Supportive Housing Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Hickory Way II is currently open. Applications are being accepted from July 7, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for assistance at Hickory Way II apartments, if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low-income limit for your family size, you meet all PBV program requirements, and one of the following Supportive Housing Categories:

• Chronically Homeless
• Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population (Top 10% of the Local Continuum of Care Prioritized List)"

To apply during the opening period, call (734) 961-1999, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm ET.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
