Shelby Trails Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Shelby Trails is currently open. 

The MSHDA is accepting applications for this waiting list from June 13, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MSHDA website, "Targeted Populations are Chronically Homeless, Top 10% of Local CoC Prioritized List, Homeless Categories 1 and 4, Special Needs".

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
