The Grand on University Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for The Grand on University from July 17, 2023, and is open indefinitely.

Please note: According to the MSHDA notice, "You may qualify for assistance at The Grand on University, if your income falls within the allowable limits (extremely low income) for Genesee County; you meet program requirements and you meet at least one of the following Permanent Supportive Housing Categories: Chronically Homeless, Top 10% of the Local Continuum of Care Prioritized List, Special Needs – a person with a disability".

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
