Edison Crossing Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Edison Crossing apartments from July 17, 2023, and will be open indefinitely.

Please note: According to the MSHDA notice, "You may qualify for assistance at Edison Crossing, if your income falls within the allowable limits (extremely low income) for Macomb County, Top 10% of Continuum of Care’s Priority Registry, and/or Chronically Homeless, with a preference for Veterans."

To apply during the opening period, call the Macomb Community Action Agency at (586) 469-5656.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
