Clawson Manor Apartments Senior/ Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 0 and 1-Bedroom apartments at Clawson Manor Apartments is currently open. 

The MSHDA is accepting applications for this waiting list from January 25, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "Applicants may qualify for assistance at Clawson Manor Apartments, if the income falls within the allowable limits (50% percent of area median income) for Oakland County, and meet the following program requirements: Elderly (62+) and/or Disabled."

To apply during the opening period, call the staff at Clawson Manor at (248) 435-5650, between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to schedule an appointment to determine eligibility for placement on the project-based voucher waiting list.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
