Center Ridge Arms Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Center Ridge Arms is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from March 29, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call Center Ridge Arms.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Homeless County of Application Residency (Applicant who is homeless and is living or working in the county of application) 
• Disabled County of Application Residency (Applicant who is disabled and is living or working in the county of application)
• County of Application Residency (Applicant who is living or working in the county of application)
• Disabled Michigan Residency (Applicant who is disabled but is not living or working in the county of application)
• Michigan Residency (Applicant who is not living or working in the county of application) 
• Disabled Out of state Residency (Applicant who is disabled and a non-Michigan resident)
• Out of state Residency (Applicant who is a non-Michigan resident)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
