Unity Park V Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Unity Park V is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 10, 2021 until October 19, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for rental assistance at Unity Park V; if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low income for your family size, you meet program requirements and the following target population. Homeless – Category 1 - literally homeless"

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call Unity Park V.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Preferences will be provided to Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
