Hilltop View Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments at Hilltop View Apartments is closed.

The MSHDA last accepted applications for this waiting list from October 19, 2021, until the last confirmed date of June 23, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "You may qualify for assistance at Hilltop View, if your household income falls within the MSHDA allowable extremely low income for your family size, you meet program requirements and at least one of the following Supportive Housing Categories:

• Chronically Homeless
• Highly Vulnerable Prioritized Population (Top 10% of Local CoC Prioritized List)"

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call the Housing Access of Washtenaw County office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
