Lilac Hills Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at Lilac Hills is closed.

The MSHDA last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of November 1, 2021, until June 23, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MSHDA public notice, "HCV/PBV Program is partnering with VOK LDHA LLC, KMG Prestige and Pine Grove Housing Service" to provide units at this property.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call the MSHDA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
