Francis Senior Lofts Near Elderly Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Jackson Housing Commission (JHC) Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments at Francis Senior Lofts is closed.

The JHC last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 1, 2021 until December 15, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the JHC, "Applicants must be fifty-five (55) or older to apply."

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application.
2. pick up an application from the JHC office.

Once the application was completed, it was dropped off at the JHC office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

40 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
