Maple Court Townhomes Apartments, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Project-Based Waiting List

The Moorhead Public Housing Agency (MPHA) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Apartments at Maple Court Townhomes Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 26, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Maple Court Townhomes - located at 1506, 1510, 1514, 1622, 1618 101/2 St N and 1080 17th Ave N in Moorhead.

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Faxed to 218-299-5461.
2. Hand deliver to the MPHA office, located at 800 2nd Ave N Moorhead MN 56560.
3. Mailed to the MPHA office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
