The Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Please note: A map of all CHA communities can be found here.

To apply, download and print the application online. Select the "Project Based Voucher Application" link under the section titled Newly Renovated Project-Based Voucher Properties.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Working, Elderly, Disabled, Honorably Discharged Veteran.
