Uptown Apartments, Homeless Project-Based Waiting List

The Missoula Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Homeless waiting list applications for Studio apartments at Uptown Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October 30, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MHA "Uptown Apartments - Single homeless individuals. Single room occupancy studio apartments. Located at 329 Woody St. 14 units total. You pay 30% of your income towards rent. Must be homeless to apply."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
