Neighborhood Stabilization Program, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) last accepted Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) waiting list applications for 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Apartments from June 17, 2024, until June 17, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: "Must be current Nevada State Resident."

Preferences have not  been confirmed.

Selection Process

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
