Tarrytown Road Apartments, 1-Bedroom, Elderly 55+ Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) is accepting Elderly 55+ Project Based Voucher program waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom Apartments at Tarrytown Road Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 11, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: "In order to be considered for this property, Recommend and/or requires application/placement on the Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List as well."

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:

1. Returned to the MHRA main office Drop Box, located at a temporary location until further notice located at 89 Pine Street, Manchester, NH 03103.
2. Mailed to the Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority, 198 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH 03104-6125. Attn: Intake Department.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
