Ocean Towers and Unico Tower RAD, Studio and 1-Bedroom Senior Waiting List

The Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) is accepting Senior RAD waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Ocean Towers and Unico Tower from June 1, 2023 at 12:00 am ET, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
