0 and 1-bedroom, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Waiting List

The Ocean City Housing Authority (OCHA) last accepted Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications for 0 and 1-bedroom apartments from February 1, 2024, until February 29, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waiting list was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
