The Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Oakview Apartments from January 2, 2019, until further notice.

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Living or working in Vineland
  • Disabled
  • Veteran

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Pick up an application at the VHA office at 191 W Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360. From 9:00 am until 3:00 pm ET. Monday- Friday.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Mailed to the Vineland Housing Authority, address mentioned above.
