Colonial Park Apartments, Shepard's Farm and Nancy J Elkis, Other Programs Senior Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Gloucester County (HAGC) is accepting Senior Other Programs waiting list applications for Colonial Park Apartments, Shepard's Farm and Nancy J Elkis from the earliest confirmed open date of January 11, 2028, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties: 

• Colonial Park Apartments - located at 401 South Evergreen Avenue, Woodbury, NJ. For Elderly age 62 or older.
• Shepherd’s Farm - located at 981 Grove Road, West Deptford, NJ. For Elderly age 62 or older.
• Nancy J Elkis - located at 100 Pop Moylan Boulevard, Deptford, NJ. For Elderly age 55 or older.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application. 

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live or work in the Borough of Glassboro; live or work in Camden County, Burlington County or Gloucester County; live or work in the jurisdiction of the HAGC (municipalities included are provided on the application).

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
