PAH! Highland Plaza Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at PAH! Highland Plaza from the earliest confirmed open date of March 30, 2023, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application. Paper applications will not be accepted.

Please note: According to the AHA website, "AHA has free kiosks available to complete your pre-application. These terminals are available by appointment only, please call (505) 764-3953 or email [email protected] to schedule. Walk-ins will not be accepted."

This waiting list has the following preferences: Households who have a household member who qualifies as Deafblind/Deaf/Hard of Hearing.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
