Mod Rehab Project-Based Waiting List

The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) MOD Rehabilitation program waiting list for 1 and 2-bedroom apartments is closed.

The AHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from September 1, 2022, until September 30, 2022. There is no notice when this waitlist will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Paper applications we're not accepted.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
