Mod Rehab Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Project-Based Waiting List

The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) Section 8 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) program waiting list for single room occupancy units is closed.

The AHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from September 1, 2022, until, September 30, 2022. There is no notice when this waitlist will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Paper applications were not accepted.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
