Broadway and McKnight Apartments, Affordable Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) Affordable Housing program waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Broadway and McKnight Apartments is closed. 

The AHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 10, 2022, until the earliest confirmed closed date of March 23, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Paper applications were not accepted.

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Households with children
• Active Military
• Veterans

Selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
