Seasons at Compton, Casa Dominguez, Jasmine Gardens, Villa Nueva, Equa and West Carson Villas Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Seasons at Compton, Casa Dominguez, Jasmine Gardens, Villa Nueva, Equa and West Carson Villas Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of April 16, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Seasons at Compton - located at 15810 S. Frailey Ave., Compton, CA 90221
• Casa Dominguez - located at 15727 S. Atlantic Ave., Compton, CA 90221
• Jasmine Gardens - located at 601 W. Corregidor Street, Compton, CA 90220
• Villa Nueva - located at 658-676 Ferris Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90022
• Equa - located at 162 3rd Avenue, La Puente, CA 91746
• West Carson Villas - located at 22905 S Vermont Avenue, Torrance CA 90502

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
