Atlas Heights Project-Based Waiting List

The Plattsburgh Housing Authority (PHA) waiting list for 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at Atlas Heights is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application available online. Select the "Atlas Heights Application" link.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either

1. Emailed to [email protected]
2. Faxed to (518) 561-1769
3. Returned to:Plattsburgh Housing Authority4817 South Catherine St.Plattsburgh, NY 12901 

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Currently live on this property and am requesting a new unit because:
  • I have a verifiable need for an accessible apartment
  • I have a verifiable medical need for a different apartment
  • My current apartment is too small or too large for my household
  • Other (state reason)
•  Live in another property owned or managed by Plattsburgh Housing Authority
