Seneca Apartments Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Geneva Housing Authority (GHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Seneca Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least April 2021, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application available here.
2. Call (315) 789-8010 to request an application by mail.
3. Pick up an application from the GHA, located at 41 Lewis Street Geneva, NY 14456.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the Geneva Housing Authority, 41 Lewis Street, P.O. Box 153, Geneva, NY 14456 or to the Seneca Apartments, Attn: Site Manager, 529 Exchange St, Geneva NY 11456.
2. Faxed to Attn: Site Manager (315) 789-4591 or (315) 789-8024.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
