Ilion Housing Authority Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Ilion Housing Authority (IHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2019, until further notice.

The IHA operates 158 units at three locations in the Village of Ilion. London Towers located at 100 West Main Street is home to over 100 senior and disabled residents. Remington Park is a 32 unit family campus located on Cottage Street. Ilion Heights is a 20 unit family campus located on Vosburg Street.

To apply during the opening period, open and print the application online. Select the "PBV Application for Admission" link.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the IHA Main Office, located at 100 West Main Street, Ilion, NY 13357.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Involuntarily displaced; Living in substandard housing conditions; Paying more than 50% of income for rent.
