Pine Street Home Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Village of Nyack Housing Authority (VNHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Pine Street Home Apartments is currently open. This waiting list opened in 2009, and is open until further notice.

To apply, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Persons with disabilities and persons living in the zip code area of 10960.

The VNHA website information states a preference will be given for residents of Rockland County, New York. However, a VNHA representative stated that one of the Pine Street Home Apartments preferences is actually for residents of the 10960 zip code area.

The Village of Nyack is part of Orangetown, New York and is approximately 19 miles north of the Manhattan boundary. The Village of Nyack lies directly across the Hudson river from Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, New York and is 35 miles from Norwalk, Connecticut.

Pine Street Home Apartments are advertised as ADA compliant and caters to those with a mobility impairment. 

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
