Oneonta Heights Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Otsego Rural Housing Assistance (ORHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for from the earliest confirmed open date of March 7, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Oneonta Heights Senior Building - located in 1 Silver Ave, Oneonta, NY 13820.

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application available on the ORHA website.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to Otsego Rural Housing Assistance, 140 CO Hwy 33W, Box 4, Cooperstown, NY 133326.
2. Emailed to [email protected]

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
