St. Lawrence County Community Development Program Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The St. Lawrence County Community Development Program (CDP) waiting list for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from January 6, 2020, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application online.
2. Complete an application in person at the CDP office, located at 1 Commerce Lane, Canton, NY 13617.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the CDP office, address mentioned above.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1: $13,900-$23,200
• 2: $16,910-$26,500
• 3: $21,330-$29,800
• 4: $25,750-$33,100
• 5: $30,170-$35,570
• 6: $34,590-$38,400
• 7: $39,010-$41,050
• 8: $43,430-$43,700

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
