1, 2 and 3-Bedroom, Project Based Rental Assistance - Day 2 Project-Based Waiting List

The Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority (FMHA) last accepted Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments for one day only on January 8, 2024. It it not known when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, call 910-500-0188 or 910-500-0189.

Please note: According to the FMHA "No Applications Will Be Taken On-site or Through the Main Switchboard."

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
