Clifton Meadows Project-Based Waiting List

The Washington Housing Authority (WHA) last accepted waiting list applications for Clifton Meadows Apartments from December 1, 2023, until December 21, 2023. This waiting list was last open in May, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Domestic Violence
• Live in Beaufort County
• Homeless
• Veteran
• Working 20+ hours, Elderly, Disabled
• Working less than 20 hours

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
