Matthew Court, Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Sanford Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Near Elderly Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Matthews Court Apartments from July 26, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of May 15, 2024. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to pick up an application from the following locations:

• The SHA office.
• Gilmore Terrace Community Center.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

• Hand delivered to the SHA Office or Gilmore Terrace Community Center.
• Mailed to the SHA Office or Gilmore Terrace Community Center.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
