Mountain View, Cameron Courts, and Weldon Heights, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Section 8 Project-Based Waiting List

The Gastonia Housing Authority (GHA) waiting list for Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Section 8 apartments at Mountain View, Cameron Courts, and Weldon Heights is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, open and print the application online. Scroll down and select the "Click Here for Printable Application." link.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Hand delivered to the drop box in the GHA office; located at 340 W Long Ave; from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm; Monday-Thursday.
2. Emailed to [email protected].
3. Mailed to PO Box 2398, Gastonia, NC 28053.
4. Faxed to (704) 867-3587.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
