Elizabeth Heights Senior/ Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The City of Albemarle Department of Public Housing (CADPH) last accepted Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for Elizabeth Gardens apartments from March 4, 2024, until April 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Complete the application in person at the CADPH office.

Once the application has been completed, it was to be either:

1. Mailed to the CADPH office.
2. Dropped off at the CADPH office.

This waitlist had the following preferences:

• Full-Time Employment
• Part-Time Student/ Part-Time Employment
• Part-Time Employment
• Reside in Stanly County
• Transitional Housing

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
