Woodville Homes, Windsor Oaks, Winterville Court, Deerfield l & ll and Quail Ridge Apartments, Multi Family Section 8 New Construction Project-Based Waiting List

The Mid-East Regional Housing Authority (MERHA) last accepted Multi Family Section 8 New Construction waiting list applications for Woodville Homes, Windsor Oaks, Winterville Court, Deerfield l & ll and Quail Ridge Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 20, 2024, until February 29, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Woodville Homes - located in Windsor, NC.
• Windsor Oaks - located in Windsor, NC.
• Winterville Court - located in Winterville, NC.
• Deerfield l & ll - located in Fountain, NC.
• Quail Ridge - located in Bethel, NC. 1 and 3-Bedroom list only.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be: returned to the MERHA office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
