Foster Youth Vouchers Project-Based Waiting List

The Sandhills Community Action Program Inc. (SCAP) is accepting Foster Youth Vouchers waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed date of December 5, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is open to Foster Youth 18-22 who have aged-out or soon to age-out of Foster Care and have no housing options, and requires a referral from DSS.

To apply while the waiting list is open, applicants need a referral from the DDS.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
