SLO Villages, Madonna Road Apartments and Oak Park l & ll, 4-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 4-bedroom apartments at SLO Villages, Madonna Road Apartments and Oak Park l & ll from September 21, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HASLO website, "There are occupancy standards for these units. Generally, this means there are 2 household members per bedroom unless there are generational or gender differences. Please note that the intake and eligibility is a two-step process, and the Property Manager will have additional screening requirements".

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Residents of San Luis Obispo County
• Veterans

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
